PVT Logistics organized Internal Training & Annual HSEQ Summit 2023 and started implementing the promising mission of 2024.

As of 18-19/01/2024 at Mercure Hai Phong Hotel, PVT Logistics had completed the company’s In- house Training & Annual 2023 HSEQ Meeting and 2024 Plan.

In-house Training courses included “Mental health for seaman”, “Causation of cargo contamination”, “Safety procedure while working onboard ship”, “Preservation and maintenance of equipment and report procedures”, etc., and was coached by Superitendents and Super Cargo. All topics were condensed, brief, and informative for everyone. With the closing of 2023, PVT Logistics has completed 12 internal training courses with 527 employees and seamen attending. The training aspect has always been highly aimed at improving the quality and skill of the crews and staff of the company’s vessels.

The program goes alongside the growth of PVT Crew Center with achievements in their journey. It has completed 03 training courses dedicated to the crews, and 01 training course for employees and other companies with 125 attendees.

Right after the end of the training, the afternoon of 19/01/2024, the company organized 2023 Health, Safety, Environment and Quality annual meeting and 2024 plan with attendees from the top management to the rating crew ; The event openly discussed and analyzed the root causes, protective measures for incidents, non – conformities and case studies occurred during 2023.  The 2024 HSEQ objectives and improvements have been set also.
