We, Phuong Dong Viet Transportation Oil J.S.C (PVTrans Oil JSC), would hereby like to invite you to tender offer for the purchase of our owned product/chemical (IMO2) tanker.

In case the above of Buyers’ interest and they wish to participate in the tender, the purchasing offer should comply with as follows:

• Vessel: MT. PHUONG DONG STAR; FLAG: VIET NAM; BLT: FEB 2007 / CHINA – TYPE: IMO2 / OIL TANKER; SDWT: 9045.7 MT;
• Mode of sales: Competitive Bidding
• Validity of the offer: The offer must submit directly or send via courier/telefax/email to Sellers’ Office at the below address no later than 16:00 (Vietnam time) 18^th Feb 2022.
• Others as per Sellers Procurement & Purchasing Regulations which can be furnished if required.
